Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom cabinet orders may take additional time, and estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
- Custom Kitchen Cabinet Orders: 3–6 weeks depending on design and location
Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your products.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy
Custom Orders: Please note that all custom-made cabinets are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Standard Products: You may return standard, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Instructions:
- Email eurokitchencabinet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
